Thijs Middeldorp (1978) is, through his campaign and design agency Partizan Publik, fascinated by the art of living together. From various roles, he researches, conceives, and organizes projects—for example as director of the Amsterdam 4 and 5 May Committee, curator of the Groningen-based Atelier aan de Middendijk, and co-founder of the energy cooperative Amsterdam Energie. As co-founder of the Parliament of Things and initiator of the Embassy of the North Sea, he is committed to engaging people and partners with the platform. From the management team, Thijs is responsible for the public program and leads the day-to-day operations within the Embassy.
